Rheumatic heart disease Mitral stenosis underwent MVR

A 39 years old patient having history of joint pain and dyspnoea on exertion. She was having long standing rheumatic heart disease with severe Mitral stenosis and moderate Mitral regurgitation and severe PAH. Left atrial clot with AF. We admitted the patient and after medical stabilization replaced her diseased Mitral valve with prosthetic mechanical valve and removed her clot from left atrium. Now she is stable and fit to go home.
