A 4 month-old boy presented with left eye swelling for about 48 hours that started with dark discoloration on left lower lid. No history of trauma.Afebrile. Left eye has periorbital swelling with palpable mass on medial canthus. No discharge. i have given the CT images. Please have a look & help in the case.
