A 4 month old infant developed this type of rash in the body .gaining weight no other problem
I feel urticarial rash either idiopathic or drug induced if he is on medication only atarex drops may be sufficient
Urticarial rash. Rx. 1. Hydroxizine 2mg / kg / day in 3 divided doses. 2. calamine lotion application twice a day
Viral exanthem. DD: Urticaria
Contact dermatitis. Rule out mustard oil message.
