Child aged 7 yrs old came with complain of hematuria since today happened twice and after 2nd time they came to me.He had complain of fever and took 100 mg of nimusulide in half tid doses with paracetamol from the chemist,now no fever or any other complaint just bleeding in urine. attaching the reports please tell me what could cause such heavy hematuria? pt have been referred to higher center.
