There is soft tissue swelling in the region of right parotid It is causing lifting of ear lobule which goes in favour of parotid tumor Commonest parotid tumour is Pleomorphic adenoma Other differential are Mucoepidermoid carcinoma Adenoid cystic carcinoma Warthins tumor Lymphoma Adv FNAC CT scan
