A 40 year old man having pain headache since 4 days. He has Diabetes Mellitus since 1.5 yrs. Earlier he have Hyperopia specs +1.00 . Even wearing specs headache not stops. And also he has bp 180/130. No medications for Diabetes yet and B. P. Suggest Dx and Rx?

58yo male with 6 month history of progressive hyperpigmented, non-raised, homogenous, non pruritic, dark brown macules. Areas of active development surrounded by collerette border and erythema. Medications include Metformin, Atorvastatin,, and aspirin. Punch biopsy demonstrates a lichenoid superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate with lymphocyte exocytosis, patchy degeneration of the D:E junction and necrotic keratinocytes. Ddx includes erythema multiforme, drug eruption, reaction to certain infections(HSV) and others. Clinical correlation required. Declines use of heating pads, topical medication or previous zoster like rash. No known vascular disease or history of DVT. What is your diagnosis?
