Co- morbidities- not contraindications to COVID-19 vaccination

A 42 years old health care worker -,diagnosed as brain tumor- 11 years back but now stable except secondary facial palsy - got vaccinated yesterday with covishield as first dose .She was a motivated HCW'S who voluntarily came forward to get vaccinated. She should be motivation to all health care workers. Now it is proved there is no contra- indication for Covid-19 vaccination except pregnancy, lactation , children and history of allergy. She was vaccinated at Sub - district hospital, Sunderbani of Rajouri District of UT of Jammu and kashmir

Dedicated health workers are examples for rest of community Congratulations to her motivation Yes there are no contraindication or comorbidies are not hurdles for vaccination of covid19 Pregnancy and allergy are definitely to be spared

Courageous health worker sets an example for others to come forward for vaccination only pregnant and lactatimg women childrens and allergic people to be spared. Hoping for her a good luck and long life. May more health care workers or providers come forward for vaccination .

Thanks DR Yograj for posting this case. Brave dedicated health worker with such a dreaded comorbidities is a with good motivation to the other health workers who are in hassitation of going for Covid19 vaccination. Salute to her for her bravery . She laid the footsteps for other to be encouraged to get vaccinated.
