A 45 yr old female, complained of pain over lower back since 3 days...!! She is a govt employee...!! (Accountant) - Prolonged sitting...for hrs.. Few days back,her house- maid,didn't turn up,so she alone did house- cleaning...Later she felt ,a bit of stiffness over back...!! She applied some ointments,but no relief..!! Appetite, Motions,Sleep- ok..!! 2 kids,normal delivery...!! Periods- regular..!! O/E - No tenderness..!! SLR - - ve Stiffness ++ Considering as Katigraha Advised - Rasnasaptakam kashayam Kineaz capsule Dazzle oil Rhumalaya liniment two times a day,followed by Hot water bag application Rest & Microexercise ... The patient recovered Satisfactorily..!!
