sudden fainting

A 48 year old woman who suddenly faints for some time and then recovers completely, all her vitals are normal, this happens once in a couple of years. Please tell whether diagnosis and treatment or any investigation is required ???

If this happened only once then no need to worry but get things ruled out HTN Hypoglycemia ( DM) TIA Heat syncope Stress Anemia Vertigo Etc
