A 49 years man came with pain in right shoulder for 1 month. and pain full small boils at tip of nose frequently for 1 year I prescribed him Bacillinum as constitutional the boils are relieved but pain as it was. what may be the next prescription or management? please respected doctors share your views in that case.

Etc. Therapeutically for right shoulder affecion; Sangunaria Ferr-Met. Chelidonium Ledum pal Lycopodium Acid flour Medorrhinum Should be thought off.

Since Pt is diabetic , it's case of Frozen shoulder Plz advice Pt to do hot fomentation 3 time in a day followed by all over head activity . Cab advice Physiotherapy also. Plz educate Pt that first range of the shoulder will improve. Pain will reduce gradually but complete pain will go in last. Tell to avoid sleeping on that particular side.

56 years old female with 18 history of diabetes and high blood pressure in management with insulin and losartan with no major cardiovascular events at this time. She's been complaining of this problem one week ago, this lesions started in the groins and now there are in her armpit, arms nach chest. This lesions start like the first picture and suddenly take the appareance of the second one, are painful. The whole skin examination shows nothing more. What's your suspicions?
