do urine r/e n c/s . these multi drug resistant uti is on the rise . u can start with levofloxacin . add a sedative like promethazine or hydroxyzine . plus probiotics . first episode of uti should b investigated throughly with usg kub mcu to r/o any obstructive uropathy like posterior urethral valve .

1ST DD WILL BE UTI 2ND WILL BE POST CIRCUMCISION INFECTION OR INFLAATION IF DONE IN RECENT PAST
Rule out UTI... if uti present then start ofloxacin for 5 days...
