A 4years old boy suffering from diarrhoea and cough since the recurrent respiratory infection treted with modern medicine on january 2019. Diarrhoea < after bakery items and cough < after fruits. Revenous appetite. Patient is emaciated. Discharge summery treated for recurrent respiratory infection attached herewith. Please suggest medical management.

Common Cold Take some tulsi seeds and some amount of ginger in identical amounts. Mix both of them thoroughly and make a fine powdery mixture. Consume five grams of this mixture two times in a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. This will definitely help in treating severe common colds and is good natural remedy for common cold.
