This is an ECG of a 60 y.o. He was diagnosed with Pneumonia 2 months ago and treated with a course of antibiotics (Beta-lactam + macrolide) with concurrent resolution of X-ray verified lung infiltrate and significant decrease in CRP level. Sputum analysis came back normal, except for C. albicans (probably colonization/contamination); Tm markers (CYFRA 21, NSE, CEA, PSA) were all normal. His father died of lung cancer. He’s still experiencing vague symptoms of chest pressure and not being able to fully inhale and night sweats. Let me know your opinion on his ECG and generally on DDx.
