A 52 yr male complain of RT side burning sole since 1 yr. difficulty in walking. K/c/o dm & Htn since 5 year. Rbs normal BP 120/80 Vitally stable Pt on rx tab. Metformin(500) 0-1-0 Tab. Amlodipine(5) 1-0-0 Tab . VIT.b12 0-0-1 Tab. B complex 0-1-0 Please suggest treatment.
