A 53 yr old lady come in opd c/o itching pain burning Sweeling since 2 days please suggest treatment and diagnosis

Whole right half of the face is involved...Left half seems to be normal... May be an insect bite???,seems to be an inflammatory reaction to the allergen... T.FEXOFENADINE 180 at night for itching Betamethasone valerate oinment to relieve inflammation... Any analgesics for pain... Follow up the patient for fever and rule out infections and other DDs...

Allergic conjunctivitis Azithro 500mg od Diclo+ PCM TDS. Chymoral forte TDS pc Beta cort eye drops locally qid Neosorlin H eye oint locally HS. Hot compression. Levocet 5 mg bd. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.

This looks like allergic dermatitis.

D.D : Acute dacryocystitis Intcted lesion in lid .

It may be a herpes zoster or cellulitis Bee sting also considerable
