A 54 year old male presented with rash and pain on the left side of his face, and plaque over the anterior two-thirds of his tongue? Pain is present. What is it? Give your diagnosis.

* herpes zoster Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and treatment plan. Antibiotics orally and topically. Antiinflammatory orally. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Protect area against exposure to extreme bad weather conditions and dust. Acyclovir gel locally till reports complied.
