Concluded Case

A 57 diabetic male having wheal like urticaria on limbs and torso at evening daily for last 3 weeks. Relieved by management of montekukast and prednisoline. But stoppage of medicine again reappear the same features.What will be the proper line of management pls give ur valuable opinion.Pt also have h/o taking medicine of mazetol and gatdinal and metformin for diabetic.

Urticaria Inj Avil 2ml + Inj dexona 2ml im stat or Inj adrenaline 1:1000 sc stat. Levocet 5 mg BD. Wysolone TDS. Deworming. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion locally. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Stop other medications or find cause of allergy.
