A 60 years old male with history of chronic liver disease as a sequelae to excessive alcohol consumption.- a known case of T2DM on regular treatment- although asymptomatic earlier gives history of sudden onset - vasovagal syncopes On further investigations on USG - found to be a case of Chronic liver disease with portal hypertension with splenomegaly with an infiltrative lesion which on Scanning of abdomen turns out to be infiltration hepatocellular carcinoma Alfa feto - protein was significantly raised 16207 Treatment protocol- and suggestions,
