Coronary Artery Disease with unstable angina
A 60 yrs old male having chronic stable angina. After having coronary angiography we found CTO of proximal LAD and 90% lession of proximal LCX. With normal RCA but non dominant. We did LIMA to LAD on beating heart with CPB support as patient had new onset MI during the procedure. Did RSVG to OM on arrested heart as OM was big and difficult to reach on beating heart. Patient is stable and about to discharge now on POD 5
