A 64 y/o male with a 6-month history of multiple nodules on his abdomen, penis and scrotum (a, b). The patient was also experiencing swelling of the lower extremities. He underwent abdominoperineal resection, radiation therapy and permanent colostomy for rectal cancer 4 years ago. What are these lesions?
