Overall morphology favouring Vestibular Schwannoma ; also known as Acoustic Neuroma ( Misnomer)- Tumor arising from the vestibular component of the 8 th nerve; usual location Cerebellopontine Angle Antonin A areas - Hypercellular areas noted with formation of Verocay Bodies ( Antony B areas not seen ; rarely conspicuous in vestibular schwannomas unlike peripheral nerve sheath shwannomas)

Antoni a, Antoni B areas and Verrocay bodies seen in Schwannomma

Acoustic Vestibular Schwannoma.Advised IHC with S100.
