Infected and crusted scabies Rx tab azithromycin 500mg 1od Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd Permithrine oint 5%30gm to be applied all over body at a time and to be repeated after one week Tab ivermectin 12mg 1stat and one more after 15days

Airborne contact dermatitis . Though its is a morphological diagnosis that encompasses all acute or chronic dermatoses predominantly of exposed parts of body, which are caused by substances which when released into the air, settle on the exposed skin.

*. ABCD ** Contact dermatitis Levocet 5mg bd Azithro 500mg od Diclo PCM TDS. Tapering dose of steroid orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply caladryl lotion than lobate-S oint locally bd. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Protect against exposure to sunlight and bad weather conditions.
