Brachial artery pseudoaneurysm

A 66 yrs old patient having swelling in his right thigh which was long standing. Having history of suuden increase in the size and pain in the swelling. Spot the diagnosis and opine the definitive treatment.

It seems to be case lipoma thigh which is long standing and udden increasing in size with pain suggestive of infection or pressure effect .D/D DVT ANEURYSM But if it was a due to DVT pt should have pain from the beginning and when sudden increase in size pain with other symptoms should have been there Keeping all these in mind and it is case of lipoma better to go for excision of the lipoma.

Lipoma Well excised Adv HPE for confirmation and differentiate malignancy

Lipoma. Excursion would be required. Send the specimen forvHPE and proceed accordingly.

Lipoma Is there any other swelling in any other part of body? Well excised. Histopathology?!!
