A 6 month baby girl having start red spot then slowly spread since 4 day's plzz adv rx n dx

patient c/o of pain in her tongue since 2years, she tried many doctors medicine(topical gel, chlorohexidine mouthwash, lycopene, bcomplex,antibiotics)but no relief came to her!im really confuse what to prescribe or what t/t protocol should i follow for her!(patient's age 35 female,diabetic)

what is the most likely cause of this presentation???

Delivered a boy baby 16 days ago by LUCS. Now feel too weak to stand or walk. Can't feed properly. Having such rashes as shown in pic. BP 120 /68, Pulse 80, Pallor... Mild to moderate, no oral mucosal rash, well healed stich area, uterus palpable per abdominallly, temperature normal, defecation and urination normal. I advised her...... 1. IVF RL : D5... 1:1 8hrly 2. MVI 12 hrly for 2 days followed by Becosules Z capsules ODPC 3. Iron Folate tablets.... 1 ODPC 4. Tab O2 (Ofloxacin - Ornidazole) BDPC for 5 days 5. T-Bact (Mupirocin) ointment twice daily applications 6. Tab Zinc (20).... 1 ODPC Blood for CBC. What next to do? Any change required in advice?
