Geographic tongue Plenty of water intake Vit b complex and antioxidants. Maintenance of proper oral hygiene.

Sir should prescribe any medicine I so not think so.b12deficiency can be an associated factor.so give it only if B12 deficiency

This is mostly Geographic tongue , Treatment should be only symptomatic and evidence based please do not prescribe Antifungal or Vit B 12 just because patient has dropped in , Topical application of salycilates or topical local anaesthetic agents like benzocaine preparations can be of use kindly do not prescribe Antifungal drugs to kids

Oral thrush or candidal infection are frequently found in infants and immuno compromised children.what is prescribed there???

its geographic tongue..no need of antifungal..can give calcium with multivitamin..
