Patient is in ARDS - COVID CRITICAL ILLNESS as per cxr. If patient is in respiratory distress or acidotic in ABG , intubate her. There is no need to put her on 2 high end antibiotics. If there is no sepsis, cut down linezolid . Get IL6 done. But consider tocilizumab very wisely. There are severe anaphylactic reactions reported. Careful with ventilatory support. Avoid barotrauma and voli trauma. Suggest prone ventilation strategy.

COVID-19 Pneumonia Patient is being rightly treated on. Remdesivir LMWH Parenteral antibiotics Add dexamethasone 6 mg / day Keep a watch on the Oxygen saturation and you never know- when the patient may have to bee switched over from NIV to mechanical ventilation

Ards Known covid do Il6 ddimer R/0 cytokinase syndrome If positive treat with tocilizumab injection
