A 72 yr old female with blurred vision in her right eye since 6 months. She has ocular history of right amblyopia and baseline BCVA of 20/40. On examination, BCVA was hand movements in the right eye, and 20/20 in the left eye. Fundus examination of the right eye revealed a large pale choroidal mass. Your views on Dx and treatment?
