Acute abdomen Usg report not well focussed in entirety Missing images of gall bladder is not convincing as there is no past h/o surgery It could be peritonitis Appendicitis not described Bladder is minimal filled suggest anurea or oligouria which needs to study biochemistry KFTS and LFTS So workout in detail Put pt on iv fluids Inj diclofenac Inj dexamethasone Inj Ceftriaxozone Inj ondestron Inj pantaprazole Rest supportive treatment as per clinical status
