14 months old baby suffering from this kind of rashes all over body with itching n high grade fever(about 104' F) since last 1 n half month. Symptoms subsides for 1 week after taking medicines n then reccurs. This is the third episode. Baby Immunized as per schedule. Measles vaccine already taken on 9th month. Is it measles or something else? Plz help in Dx n sugest Rx

A 9 year old girl presented with multiple swellings left side of neck since 2 months. Non tender and matted. FNAC of the swellings suggested as non specific lymphadenitis. ESR 40 mm/1st hour. Montoux Test negative. CXR normal. No history of cough/fever. h/o chicken pox 6 months back. Diagnosis and management.
