A CASE OF PAAMA

A 3 yr old male child with itching in b/w fingers & toes since 2 weeks or so. Itching aggravates towards eveng. Sister also had same complaints. O/E- Pustular eruptions in webs of toes & fingers Red bumps & blisters with serous discharge Appetite, Bowels, Sleep- Satisfactory Immunized till date. Probable diagnosis- PAAMA ( Scabies) Advised- Vidangarishtam Moolakadyarishtam Aragwadharishtam Talekt syrup Durvadi & Mahamarichyadi tailam for E/A Siddhartaka Snana choornam for Bath Cutis dusting powder after bath Advised to disinfect all clothing utensils..
