A CASE OF RINGWORM WITH JOINT PAIN
A young lady consulted with skin eruption probably ringworm and pain in joints. Previous prescriptions Ars.alb relieved joint pain but does not altered skin eruption. Next prescription Dulcamara again failed to induce desirable result. Then in next follow up she told one charactritic symptom that sticky oozing after scratching on ringworm. So only 3 rubrics are considered : 1 Skin - eruption - ringworm 2.Skin - eruption - discharging - glutinous 3. Sking - eruption - discharging -glutinious scratching ,after Only remedy indicated is Graphites. Rx Graphites 0/1 TD 1month. Follow up : Ringworm reduced significantly. So continued with Graphites 0/2

patient is 39 F with most recent undetectable VL and CD4>500 last month presenting with diffuse joint pain. She has diffuse rash starting in her lower extremity. She has fever and chills. No recent travel. No sick exposure. She has all of her immunization in her childhood. Labs showed new Thrombocytopenia 26, new AKI 1.46, wbc 14.5. Thoughts?
