A case of Sepsis with GTCS
A male who is admitted in ICU in view of Sepsis with Septic Shock cause ? LRTI Chief Complaints Two episodes of GTCS with no apparent metabolic cause Physical Examination Neurological examination normal
Is he concious?. Previous history of medical illness ? Previous history of seizure? Septic encephalopathy is possible if there is no previous history of any illness. How old is the patient ? Do an EEg.Neuroligy case needs good history for proper discussion.
