A female aged 45 years p/w complaints of Pain Abdomen and Jaundice since 1 month....She has no history of Pruritus or Acholic stools....There is deep jaundice with RUQ lump which is non tender...comment on her CT images and discuss the finfings

Dilated gall bladder. Few hypo echoic lesions seen in the liver. Possibly hemangioma/ mets. Consider biliary obstructive etiology causing jaundice.

Needs bigger images head of pancreas ampulla apper involved with dilated cbd and IHBRs need ERCP

IHBR dilated. CBD dilated. Distended GB. Deep Jaundice. Rapidly progressive painless h/o icterus. MPD status couldn't be ascertained definitely due to the poor image quality. So my guess is... DISTAL CHOLANGIOCA or Pancreatic Head Mass or enlarged lymph nodes. Need a MDCT with pancreatic protocol or at least an MRCP for proper delineation. Pt will certainly need a surgical intervention ( Whipples Procedure - as far as I can make from this pic).
