A female aged 55 years who is a known Diabetic and Hypertensive controlled on treatment but Morbidly Obese p/w complaints of Pain in Epigastrium since last night...on arrival, her BP was 86/50 and PR- 112/min...comment on her ECG and discuss the cause of her symptoms
