A female pt of 35 year come in opd for chief complain of milk secretion from breast since 2 mon

patient 20 female unmarried,amnerrhoea 5 months.thyroid level is normal

16years male with breast enlargement left more then right on hormonal report serum prolactine is high. suggest treatment further opinion

19 Yr Girl, Unmarried Complaint of milk secretions from both the breasts. She gives no history of headache, blurring of vision, double vision, vomiting, convulsions. Bowel and bladder are normal. No history of weight loss. Appetite good. Visual acuity and field of vision are normal. Reports attached. Please provide necessary suggestions.
