A female aged 38 years Chief Complaints Gradually increasing Breathlessness Dry Cough Pain Chest (x 2 months) Physical Examination Resp- B/L decreased air entry in infra clavicular area Investigations Xray Chest PA view
Cardiomegaly. Bil pleural effusion Rt sided air fluid level seen. ? Fissural effusion ?? mass lesion in rt lower zone.
Cardiomegaly with LV type of configuration. Moderate bilateral pleural effusion. Suggeting cardiac failure. Cardiological evaluation suggested
Both Cp angle obliterated Bilateral pleural EFFUSION HRCT chest needed
B/l pleural effusion.
