23yrs young male presented in Emg with c/o pain abdomen, bloating, low grade fever gen. body aches from 1 day with h/o apendicectomy 3 days back with drain insitu o/e bowel sounds present, abdomen tender h 19000 TLC..xrays as below....diagnosis and management?

Let's go step by step: 35 years old lady, no comorbidities, good performance status, presented with obstructive jaundice for 1 month. Apart from icterus rest of the examination was normal.
