She has a callous over r lat malleolus as well / is she often in the squatting position / then could be contact dermatitis / rx avoid squatting betnovate ointmentcapply daily as the patch is dry / dd venous stasis eczema , does she have varicosities / elevate leg / rx varicose veins / elastic stockings / betnovate cream locally
