APD with drug allergy
A male 60 complaint with transient eruption in mouth generalized body itching and vertigo no other significant history or finding blood sugar 134 random, ECG advice
EKG IS FINE LOOK FOR HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS FOLLOWING SOME DRUGS OR ANY H/0 LA or NSAIDS will cause perioral numbness with itching. Symptomatic treatment iV methyl prednisone 1 mg per kg wait for symptoms to subside put him on antibiotics
