Never use Corticosteroids local application in Tenia infestation.

A male aged 40 years having these lesions in groin, abdomen and neck since one year. He is applying mixed ointment containg clobetasol, itraconazole and neomycin. Diagnosis of the case and treatment for how much period.

A case of Tenia incognito. He was advised Fluconazole 400 every week, Cap Itraconazole 200 mg OD, Luliconazole cream locally for 30 days.

Tinea incognito Stop steroid . Itraconazole 200mg od Levocet 5mg bd Zocon 150mg weekly Lulliconazole fucibact oint locally. Keto soap powder and lotion locally. Improve General health and personal hygiene. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Reassurance and counciling required because it takes months to recover.
