A male boy age 18 to 19yrs c/o hair fall and baldness over scalp area.kindly suggest line of management.

Looks like ALOPECIA AREATA. Needs local injection of steroids triamcinolone concentrations of 5 to 10 mg/mL are injected into the upper subcutis on the scalp. Small volumes (0.1 mL or less) are injected into multiple sites 1 cm apart The dose of triamcinolone administered should not exceed 40 mg per treatment session
