50 yr old female complaint of itching since 10 days has this lesion in waistline, back of neck, in front of chest. she also has fever. pls suggest diagnosis.

Diagnosis plz. 81 you old male. C/O this type of eruptions since 8 days. Mild itching when bulla gets ruptured with watery sticky discharge. No any other symptoms, no any history of medical or surgical illness before. CBC,BSL NORMAL. URINE SHOWS pus cells. BP, Sp02 NORMAL.

c/o fever with chills followed by spontaneous eruptions of multiple cutaneous papule with simultaneous bullae of left lower limb or also had ulcers with erythematosus base and black skin pathches 26 year old female with history just 4 days back .cultures are negative..counts 16000 with 90 neutrophils . with mild RFT deranged . No e/o dvt ...dermatology opinion ...suspecting ecthyma gangrenosum/pyoderma gangrenosum/vasculitis . biopsy report awaited pt started on piptaz and fasciotomy was done no improvements . recently started on inj dexamethasone ...wat could be the diagnosis ...and how to proceed ahead ....

35 year old female...started developing painless diffuse swelling in her both legs and hands 8 months back which was gradual and progressive in nature ...after abt 20-25 days of swelling she developed so many small fluid filled blisters / some were pustular ..over the swelling ...she developed severe itching over the lesion..due to which she burst her blisters due to itching...and since then the lesion is increasing day by day.....Plz suggest dx nd tx..
