COPD IBS HTN epilepsy - NO C/O fever cold cough - No Abdominal distension - O/E PATIENT counsicsess Dullness Disability -PR:67 TM -BP:200/120 mmohg -TP:Normal -RR: -SPO2:94% Pupils are reactive Abnormal movements GCS E.3V.4M.5 MOTOR GRADE: -2
