A Male patient Aged 10 years presentd in my clinic with this growth in his mouth.This mass incresed in size in last 7 years.There is no pain,no tenderness.No history of trauma as well. Mass is mild firm with no fluctuations.No history of pus discharge.There is no calculus in surrounding tooth. what shoud be the diagnosis and treatment plan?

Its benign fibroma. Advice surgical excision

Looking like fibroma/ granuloma. Advise you to take an occlusal view radiograph and biopsy to confirm.

EPULIS.... MAY BE.... 1 GRANULOMATOUS 2. FIBROUS 3. VASCULAR ADVISABLE BIOPSY

Most probably fibrous epulis; may be excised after biopsy

As the mass is firm n nontender palatal fibroma is most likely the diagnosis other causes may b lipoma, epitheoloma or osteoma.

Advice iopa for this region Perform.an excisional biopsy and pleasr share the histopathological diagnosis as well
