@Dr.Nitin Goyal.... Dandruff is a chronic and most common scalp condition presented in the form of white flakes which appear on the scalp. These flakes from the superficial skin layer made of dead skin cells result in itching. Vigorous scratching ultimately leads to hair fall. Other view..... Nearly 20 out of every 50 women suffer from mechanical hair fall which is caused by the intense itching and scratching movements. Dandruff is caused by intense drying up of the scalp, and the constant urge to itch can lead to hair fall due to friction. hair loss (alopecia) or thinning hair can result in a loss of self-esteem and cause depression, anxiety, and other emotional issues. As per your case study I think patient suffering from TALOGEN EFFLUVIUM. Telogen effluvium (hair loss) is a condition where more than normal amounts of hair fall out. There is a general 'thinning' of the hair. Emotional or physiological stress may result in an alteration of the normal hair cycle and cause the disorder, with potential etiologies including eating disorders, few types of fever, childbirth, chronic illness, major surgery, anemia, severe emotional disorders, crash diets, hypothyroidism, and drugs. As your patient suffered from recent jaundice so chances of alopecia most common. A sdudy report from research fellow indicates that, ............. Alopecia is found among people with Jaundice, especially for people who are male, 60+ old, take medication Urso 250 and have Hepatic neoplasm malignant. Liver diseases intimately related with alopecia and thats why Co-Enzyme -A is responsible factor. Next come to Homoeopathic symptoms Considering presented signs & symptoms and after repertorization my prescription is either PHOSPHORUS 200/ or Lyco.200 consifering further cross checking.
