koch's chesy with bronchiactasis.

A male pt of 70yrs age c/of cough with expectoration ,shortness of breath rt sided chest pain in mamary region mild fever.no other complain. His blood sugar blood urea ecg normal. Urine complete normal. Xray chest PA view is enclosed. Kindly interpreate xray chest pa view. Advise further line of management and dx too. D/D of case.
