A male aged 45 years p/w Chief Complaints Abdominal Distension (Gradually Progressive) (a/w pedal edema) No decrease urine output (x 1 month) Physical Examination Prominent Abd veins Shifting Dullness(+) Clubbing(+) Diagnosis What is the probable diagnosis

Tortuous and dilated veins seen on anterior abdominal wall. Evaluate for portal hypertension or Venus obstruction.
