Homogeneous opacity lt lower zone extending along chestwall pushing mediastinum to contralateral side Suggestive of HYDROPNEUMOTHORAX Adv thoracocentesis Send aspirate for analysis for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment D/d tuberculosis 2 malignancy
