Hyperinflation Mediastinal widening noted. Rt sided fissural effusion with slightly raised diaphragm noted. Possibly basal collapse, sec to synpneumonic effusion. Left sided pneumothorax seen. Adv USG thorax / HRCT thorax . Left sided ICD.
