a man in aged 40+ non hypertensive, has similar lesions over nape of neck ...they spontaneously grow discharge pus sometimes and subside...whats possible dia? Patient has taken Rx at 2-3 dermatologists. I've advised lipid profile, f/pp bsl meanwhile

This is sebborrhic dermititis with mollascum contagious Rx treat the infection with antibiotics like amoxyclav625mg 1bd for 5to7days locally give fucibact oint twice daily once infection settles down adv cauterization for mollascum than revisit the lesions in followup
